Wakeboard Tower Mounting hardware help

I am looking at buying a tower for my boat and I need advice on finding mounting hardware for it.

The tower is new but the owner doesn't have the hardware. It is for a Sea-doo Speedster 200 Bombadier but I want to put it on my boat and mount it regular. The tower in question is normally mounted to a bar running horizontally but I doubt that should stop me from mounting it to my boat in a regular fashion.

Any suggestions or which mounting hardware to use? or where to get it?

No such thing as a grade 8 SS anything.

Plain old 300 series stainless is fine, the hardware will be last to fail. Don is right, no such thing as grade 8 SS.
