I have a 12 volt evinrude trolling motor model # JBFL2TY , I would like to know about what year it is and the thrust of this motor thank you

That model is a 12 Volt made in 1988 through 1990. Can't help you on the thrust.

My manual covers newer model OMC trollers but lists a a BFL2T as a deck mount, foot control controlled, 3 speed, 12 Volt, 29 Lb thrust. Maximum current draw 33 amps. If this matches your motors description it should get you pretty close to it's specs. Hope this helps.
