Soft Spot in Deck Partial Deck Replacement

:eek:My stringers and transom are in good shape I just have a soft spot in the deck about 24" x 24". Is it possible to replace a small portion rather than the whole deck?

if everything else is good and no sign it has been wet, yes, put a splice on the underside so both the existing deck and the patch are supported.

there's a reasonably informative video on you tube, search soft spot floor boat repair or something like that. mas epoxy might work too for a search, i think that was the product supplier.
