I could not find a separate kit for that model on BRPs website either. You may end up buying the complete pump. The OEM pump on ishopmarine was 62 bucks..

That should work. The small square pumps are all about the same but for some reason have a long list of different numbers. The early ones could usually be repaired with the OEM 393088 fuel pump kit or the aftermarket Sierra kit # 18-7823.
A careful comparison of the individual part numbers in the various square pumps will reveal that they are almost identical up until around 1987.
Leeroy Wisner did a fairly lengthy article with a lot of detail on rebuilding the small pumps which were also used on the 9.5, 9.9, and 15 as well as some of the 20HP motors. You can download it here:

Ezeka,
Thats a great article on the rebuilds. The first time I took one apart it was tough trying to get it back together again.
I noticed in the article that there are two small springs with the dome in some and only one in others. I have been inside an 8, 9.9, and 18 and they only had one. Makes me wonder why. I thought about using an extra diaphragm I had but it wasn't exactly the same.
To be sure I have the right one, I'll take this one into NAPA and compare them if possible.
