Transom Replacement 14' aluminum Landau

I have a 14' aluminum boat and the transom is getting pretty rotted and its in need of replacement. I have no idea how to go about doing this because the corner caps are welded onto the the aluminum above the transom. some of the stuff is riveted on but some is welded.

the boat is about 35 mins from me i'll take more pics of it when i have time to go out to my parents....those were just pics i had on my pc already
