I have a Old BF100 Honda that i bought for $200.
It starts and runs well. The problem I have is when I put the cover back on,it stops. I checked if I was cutting off the fuel line, but thats clear. Its almost like I've cut off the air. I can duplicate the cutout by covering the flame out screen on the carb. Any thoughts? Should there be an air hole somewere in the cover. Where does the air come from?

Re: Help

sounds like a bad exhaust manifold

Re: Help

I took the lift handle off the cover which exposes 4 holes. The engine still stalls when I put the cover back on. I still need to know where the air intake is without the holes because the cover normaly is sealed.
