Pontoon lifting points

I would like to know the lifting points for a Riviera Cruiser, 28 foot, Model RC-2822, Pontoon Boat. I need to lift the boat off the trailer and place it on the ground. Where can I get this kind of information?

I believe they are made by Godfrey Marine.

My 1994 20' has eyelets at the end of each toon. The back ones are under the fuel tank platforms.
