75hp mercury 4 stroke 2003

Appologies this is a 75 hp 4 stroke engine not 70 hp.Can anyone help with my cooling system warning siren ?

engine has been serviced,leg removed,new water pump kit and impellor fitted,
warning still comes on,have been told it could be the olive on an internal cooling pipe firred up.
please help me out.
