Where do I start... When I squeeze the bulb it gets super tight very quickly. All lines from fuel pump going to the carbs are open. Carbs are able to receive fuel be cause I cleaned them as well. It seems to me that the only thing that it could be is a bad fuel pump... Heck I dont know. Any help with this would be great.

Is the fuel connector on the right way around? Is the hose/bulb on the right way around.If the carb is full the bulb would get hard fast.If the hoses on pump are reversed it would get hard fast.

Yes, the fuel connector and the hose bulb is on the right way. The carb's will not fill up because no fuel seems to pass the pump. The hoses on the pump are on right as well.

The fuel hose primer bulb has an arrow on it denoting the direction of fuel flow. The arrow must point toward the engine. Don't ask me how I know this. ;-)

I forgot... the motor does run but the onnly way I was able to start it was by spraying carb cleaner in the carbs.

DO NOT DO THAT!!!!!
If anything, spray a mix of fuel and outboard oil into the carbs. Carb cleaner has no lubrication and you WILL damage the engine.
You have determined that no fuel is going past the pump. As stated, either the hoses are backwards (easy to reverse them and try) or one or more of the check balls, in the pump, is stuck. You can buy fuel pump rebuild kits here on iboats. See the Marine store above (upper left corner of page).

I know I know LOL... The only reason I did that was to see if the motor actually did run. I just bought the motor and knew that it needed a bit of work. Now on this motor there is one line that comes into the motor, that same line goes into a connector that is about as large as a silver dollar that connects to the fuel pump. Now there is only one other hose on the pump that comes out of the bottom of the pump that goes to a "junction block" of some sort that has 3 to 4 hoses that go to the 2 carbs. What do I need to check????? Man... LOL
Bhind that disc is a fuel filter. unscreew thw screw and rmove the disc and check the filter. while the disc is off give the primer ball a squeeze and see if fuel comes out at the disc. If fuel does not flow, then there is a problem between there and the prime ball. If the filter is clean and fuel comes out the disc, the rei-stall the filter and disc, remove the hose leading to the carbs and give the primer ball a squeeze and see if fuel comes out of the pump. If fuel does not come out, the pump is shot.

Boat motors are strange... Yesterday, I COULD NOT get gas to pump thru the lines (connected or not) Today I disconnected the lines from the carbs and what do ya know a great steady flow of gas..... thanks for helping me out. The only thing I can figure is that I did alot of cleaning on this motor yesterday and maybe some gunk in the distribution block loosened up over night. Heck, dont know. Thanks again.
