Bravo 3 Filler Plug?

My old boat had a bravo1, and the drain/filler plug was behind the prop. Could it be that the bravo 3 filler is the plug on the lower right side? (no prop removal required?)

You got it

But keep one thing in mind. Props should be removed and the prop shaft greased YEARLY. And NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, use NeverSieze to lube the prop shaft. That is a sure of welding the props to the shafts. And those Bravo 3 props aren't exactly inexpensive to have to cut off.
