Teleflex Safe-T-II or NFB4.2 for Yamaha 115hp

Hi all - 20 footer half cabin with a 93 Yammy 115 stroke. About to replace an old Mark II system. I see from the Teleflex site that they say the Safe-T-II is up to V4 and is 3 turns LTL, whereas the NFB4.2 is 4.2 turns and up to V6 - both no feedback systems with clutch. Am I right in saying that if you can put up with the slower steering - more turns - the 4.2 is easier to turn - ie easier to turn the steering wheel? Are there any other differences that anyone knows of. I am hoping, after I hone out the tilt tube to get finger driven turning at docking pace....
