40 HP Mercury Magnum funny noise?

I have a 1980 4 cylinder 40 HP Merury Magnum, it runs great but the last four times i've taken it out it makes like a whistling noise that sorta sounds like an old belt but i have no idea where it's coming from. I also have a slight oil leak that i can't find any suggestions????

Could be a cracked bleed line, or loose bolts around the carburetor(s) or intake area.

A whistle is usually a vacuum leak. Fix it, or the lean condition could sieze a piston.
