Can someone help me please I have a 7.5 evenrude outboard.

serial E0022240 That I would like to know what year it is and how much it is worth. I think it should be around the 1994 range but not sure. I belongs to a friend and he is not absolutly sure about the year. Im going to try and attach a picture to help identify it. the motor looks quite good for its age and he said it ran absolutly perfect.
