Maybe someone can help me. I recently aquired this boat from my uncles estate. The main breaker for the 110v system would not reset. I ordered a new PANELTRONICS BREAKER 30 AMPS W/ REVERSE POLARITY TRIP COIL #206-087. This is a three breaker setup that I am not familiar with. I installed the wires the way they currently were and got a reverse polarity light. I am not quite sure that the wiring was correct to begin with. The boat has a water heater, stove, fridge and a/c. Do you have any diagrams explaining the proper way to with this breaker? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Reverse polarity on an AC circuit means you have the hot and neutral wrong.

Exchange the black & white wire on the incoming side and you should be ok.

It may be wrong at the male plug on your cord. The black wire goes on the brass screw, white on silver screw, green on green screw.

Polarity may also be wrong at the shore power outlet. Don't mess with the boat until you verify the shore power receptacle is wired correctly.
