Wont Start

I need help to figure this out. I put the key into my 2002 Sweetwater pontoon boat with a 2002 Mercuary outboard and nothing happens. The volt meater, tilt guage do not come alive. The power tilt does not work from the consol. However, the power tilt does work from the cowl on the motor. Also, the radio and fish finder work,and all the lights so i don't think it's the battery. All advice would be greatly appreciated.

We don't know which motor you have but remove the engine cowl and on the electrical panel cover there is a plugin fuse it's probably blown
