Mercury 275 outboard low compression

Just bought a 1992 275 Merc. Motor hasn't been run in God knows how long. Did a cold compression check and got 95 PSI on all six cylinders. This seems low but they are all literally identical. It is a Cogsworth. Anybody??

Chances are the cyls. are dry from poor or no winterizing prelube it and let it run a few minutes and I think it will jump back up for you.
