Welcome to iboats. Try ebay first, and make sure it is an original manual. If not, go to outboardbooks.com for a reprint, although it will be a little bit more money.

I have been watching ebay for some time for a 73 9.5 and only have one hit and the guy wants what I would consider theft to mail it to me. There are lots of other years available though. I have bought from searay and been very pleased. Rick.
