I have a 1988 Johnson 90TLCC. On a recent trip, it would run at low rpm and would only rev at high rpm. A little later on the same trip, it engaged and ran well at higher rpm. I did risk it and ran it again on another trip and had no problems. Does this sound like a hub or pin problem (or something else) and how easy is this to fix?
