Does anyone know what a switch plate in a 75 mariner does? Repairman said mine was bad and said it was like running on 2 cyl instead of all fours.. It took like 2.5 hrs to fix and the switch plate was $298.. I haven't taken it out to see how it runs now, but for $513.00 I have got to see some big time improvement. Anyone experienced this yet?
