Question MK2GR Floor Plans

Newbie needing help. I was given a Mk2GR/1 in what I'll call reasonable shape, less the floor. Mon/Yr M788 serie 2428. I would like to build my own floor out of marine plywood but lack information..e.g. size, one piece floor vs. 4 piece, different seating/bench position. I've checked many forums but can't seem to find any info. I'd like to do this on a budget and don't particularly care to buy new. Any information or plans on this project would be muchly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Not much response on that one, so I'll ask: are the floors tight to the transom and tubes all the way around? I'll try my best to get a measurement and go from there.

I don't have plans or sizes for you but ..... yes the floor are tight to the transom and tubes all the way around ...... it must be a really tight fit, put in the floorboard when totally deflated .... also make sure you seal the floorboards froperly with a good marine wood sealer eg. glatex 8 etc. ....

Thanks very much for the reply. It gives me a good starting point now. The plan is to use 5/8 marine grade plywood bull nosed (rounded) edges finished with a few coats of marine paint leaving a hole up front for the inflatable keel. I'll probably built some benches in afterwards. Thanks again.
