1952 3 hp evinrude carb question
I have a 1952 3hp that i have rebiult the carb on my question is will it run at all without the packing nut on the high speed needle? I can not get it to run but about 10 seconds.

sucking air, what do you coils, etc under the flywheel look like. carb adjustments are in the faq forum.

I'm not sure what your saying/asking, but if you're trying to run the engine without packing on the needle valves, it'll never work.
