iwould look into cleaning the carbs, including high & low speed jets, and replace float needle and seats. included in rebuild kits. then do a link and sinc. also check the diaphram on the fuel pump. if it has a pin hole in it, it will flood the motor, but i doubt thats it, as it idles, and runs wot.
