Evinrude 200 1998 I have about 50 hours on rebuilt power head , I cleaned and rebuilt carbs when powerhead was installed Motor ran great other than sometimes being a little hard to start 1st thing in morning but fired very easily the rest of the day. I was out last weekend temp was about 58 degrees and very rainy I have noticed latley when I first start out it idles a little rough then clears up after a couple of minutes any ways took off ran great as usually went to a couple of fishing spots fished for about 40 minutes went to start it up started but ran a little rougher than normal put it in gear gave it throttle and died, I could get it to run in gear but only about 1000 rpm when I tried to give it more it just bogged down. Idled back to the docks
no warning lights or buzzers I did notice after about 25 minutes back I could get about 1300 rpms but same thing when throttled up.

Pulled plugs at house pretty black and Oil soaked seemed like there wasn't any fuel on them.
Ive checked all lines ,antisiphon valve ,tank vent ,also checked VRO/Fuel pump with vacum tester seems to be working properly and holding 15in vacum.

I installed the P/H myself and rebuilt carbs so I know the carbs are clean there are no air leaks and motor has been running good up until now.

I'm thinking maybe a Powerpack or has anyone heard of a Vapor Lock on these motors.
