Hello,
I have a 1988 yamaha 200 hp counter rotator. Recently rebuilt, but sat for a a year. I had the carbs rebuilt after that. Anyway, here is the problem. It will only start with starting fluid. After it starts, it runs like a champ. Sometimes it seems like it is about to start without the fluid, but if you miss that initial chance, you will have to use the starting fluid. The oil pump dose not work, so I premix 50:1 and run mid grade octain fuel. Any ideas?

It's a key switch. I checked it and it is working. Thanks for the reply!

the other thing to look at is where the hose hooks to fitting at carb. from primer that fittig could be clogged.
