Older model, around 1979, 115 hp 6 cylinder Mariner. The third carb from the top of engine is not taking gas at fast idle. Gas is getting to the carb at fuel line but not coming thru carb. I think I remember reading some of the 4 & 6 cylinder Mercs & Mariners did not supply gas to all carbs at idle speeds. Is this correct and possible why no fuel going thru 3rd carb into engine. Thanks.

Your inline runs on all carbs all the time so clean all 3 and pay spiecal attention to the idle pickup tube on the bottom carb
