Identifying an Evinrude 4 YACHTWIN motor

I am trying to identify the year of an Evinrude motor 4HP. On the cowl it has Evinrude 4 YACHTWIN
There is also a tag on the transom holddown and there is a string of numbers on it 4336C C 83698
Can anyone help me with this?

1970 50-1 fuel/oil mix

1973 according to BRP parts catalog

1970 is listed as 4036

JCF350 you are correct, i used this site,"http://www.northstar-marinesupplies.com/myNorthStar/engines/". this is the 2nd time it has given me the wrong info. check outboardbooks.com, and you are correct.
