Hello everyone,
I have a lot to ask here, I appreciate every single answer...

Here is a quick background: Carb was rebuilt 3 months ago. I used something called "Seafoam" to clean any build-up.. I usually fill up the 6 gal fuel tank every month... I used a fuel stabilizer/algea preventive called "Silver Bullet"... Spark plugs were replaced June 2007...

1- There seems to be transmission oil leaking... Brownish red with sweet smell. It just collects in the cover box in small amounts and I have no idea where it's leaking from. Any ideas and suggestions for repair?

2-Fuel spits (or flows out) out of breather tube... If I connect the breather to carb intake, motor dies immediately... I rebuilt the carb about 3 months ago... So, any ideas here?

3- Motor starts and works fine with choker pulled out and when I push the choker back in it dies! Any ideas?

4-The motor doesn't stay in idle more than 5 minutes... Just sputters and dies... Any comments?

choke out means fuel starvation, either the float in the carb is not set right, or the carb is not totally clean, fuel pump not pumping, air leak in fuel line. vent not open on the fuel tank, this is just a starting list.
