Default 1964 Evinrude 75 hp Carb Kit number

My local dealer can't find a carb kit number for my motor. Lists that I've looked at have 1960-1963 then they skip to the 70's. My model number is 75453A. Does anyone have a part number?
Also, do I need to order the plugs and lead shot separately?

according to ishopmarine 1960-65 75hp crossflow, OMC kit 436959 or sierra 187926 all parts for the carb are included, except float. there a little pricey.

Thanks Tashasdaddy, $35-$60 for a few gaskets IS a lot of money. Especially when I need to buy the plugs separately. The jets must be in the little package in the photo. I didn't see them laid out in the photo.
I have fuel leaking around the plugs ao I likely have air intrusion as well. If I get the carb tightened up it'll probably make a difference, although it runs quite well as it is.
