I'm running outta daylight and I've gotta get this motor at least dropped in so I can align it before I've got to return the alignment tool tomorrow.
I dropped the motor in and it looks like the motor is sitting about an inch too high (looking through the gimbal bearing).
There were 2 1" metal spacers for the rear mounts... Do they go in between the rear mount and the mount on the transom or do they for some reason go on top of the rear engine mount and act as a big washer for the rear bolts?
