Hi was wondering if anyone had a repair schematic for a Mariner Magnum 40hp serial # 0g099154 that I could download.... its for my boss who isnt really computer savy, thought I'd try to help

Repair what? I don't know of repair schematics anywhere on the web for that outboard, your best bet would be to buy the FACTORY service manual. I have a 40hp Mercury (4 cylinder) of the same vintage and I would not work on it without the factory service manual. You can go to mercurypartsexpress.com and enter your serial number and it will show you exploded diagrams of parts but thats about all I know of.
