Suzuki 150HP EFI High Speed Problem

Hi all,

I just bought a 150HP Suzuki EFI, 1995, and when operating at high rev's (5000rpm) the engine will misfire randomly. The engine will also rev down by ~300-500rpm randomly at all speeds.

I have put new gas, oil, gas lines. I have checked the fuel filter, supply and vent lines for blockages... The low pressure pumps appear to be working..

I am lost, please help..

I have same engine and had a loose battery and tray sitting on fuel line that had me flustered for months!Ive heard of that issue a few times on dt225's.Hope fully it will be easier to diagnose than mine.Somebody will see your thread and help you out,I'm sure you will have it running correctly in no time!
