1989-85HP Force outboard For years I have been using my old trolling motor battery, when it starts to lose power, and switching it to the motor and buying a new one for the trolling motor. I have been extreamly happy with the Voyager from K-mart. I have not had any problems at all. The manuel calls for a maintenace battery, but with all the power I use trying to start the motor, I felt I was better off with that battery. I now have to buy two new ones, and am wondering what the opinions are on this subject. I think I found and fixed the starting problem, so I am willing to give the correct type a try.
