I have a 1984 90hp evinrude with vro . the enigine has been running fine with a pre mix fuel but somehow the fuel pump has malfunctioned . I seem to have no fuel coming out of the fuel export tube and have no crankcase pressure into the fuel pump , i presume when the engine runs i should feel some crankcase pressure (was using a tank mounted high to generate fuel pressure)
