I have a 2004 9.9 Mercury 4 stroke it has about 20 hrs on it would not stay running so I cleaned the carb put new carb gaskets on and a new intake gasket on and new plugs in still when you shut the choke off it will kill so I thought it was getting to much air and used carb cleaner to check for a vacuum leak if I spray it behind the intake it will kill the engine
Has anyone heard of a 2004 having a cracked intake manifold or a crack on the carb or is there something I have over looked
