Default Yamaha Trim - Inaccessible Bolt (pls help)

Hi all,
I have a 1998 Yamaha 115 enduro.
The trim motor is unreliable and so I have decided to replace it.

I have the 3 bolt trim motor, can only get to two of the 3 bolts. The Third bolt is entirely inaccessible. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get to it?
Thanks

i HAVE 2003 yAMAHA 115 AND HAD SAME TROUBLE. WHEN i REMOVED THE LOWER MOUNTING PIVOT SHAFT IT ALLOWED THE ENTIRE TRIM SYSTEM TO SWING OUT ENOUGH TO GET AT THE REAR BOLT. ONE THING THOUGH THE BOLT WAS SIEZED SO THE HEAD CRACKED RIGHT OFF THE BOLT AS I WAS UNSCREWING IT. SPRAY IT WITH PENETRATING OIL AND LET IT SIT FOR A FULL DAY. SEE IF YOU CAN LOOK AT THE OTHER TWO BOLTS AND IF THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREW HOLE IS OPEN SPRAY THE PENETRATING OIL UP INTO THE BOTTOM OF THE HOLE AND TAP THE SCREW HEAD ON TOP A FEW TIMES. THE VIBRATIONS HELP THE OIL CREEP UP THE THREADS. IT WAS A REAL PROBLEM GETTING THE SCREW OUT ONCE IT SHEARED OFF. YOU DON;T WANT TO GET INVOLVED IN THAT BELIVE ME.
