I have an old 16' pontoon with this Mariner motor. I'm not sure of the year of the motor. It has been sitting for several years but is not froze up. Would anyone have an manual for this or know any place online I could get one? It seems to be locked to one side and there must be a release somewhere but I can't find it. I have to put in some water and try to get it running. Thanks.
