Why did you replace the coils?
Inspect the wiring on the non-working side - if the black/yellow kill wire coming off that powerpack is shorting to ground (chafed wires, missing insulation, etc.), that'll kill the spark. Make sure all the ground connections are tight and corrosion-free.
Swap the starboard & port powerpacks - if the problem follows the powerpack, replace it.
