i have spark and fuel but still wont run both cylinders are running @ 30lbs compresion any ideas would be apreciated thanks.

A compression reading of only 30 psi is not good. Hopefully you only have a faulty head gasket.

thanks for the help does anyone know what the torque specs are for the head

If it's sat for a while, rings might be stuck. Have you decarbed cylinders with sea foam?

no i pulled the head off and it looks like it was leaking between cylinders rings and pistons look good got new head gasket just dont know what to torque it to

Torque 60 to 80 inch pounds in the following sequence.

9..10

5...6

1...2

4...3

8...7
