Shift shaft adjustment xp200 Evinrude?
I read somewhere that the adjustment was 9 turns. Is this correct?

Im not sure in terms of "turns". The manual will give you a height from the shift rod connector hole to the surface of the gearcase. The tolerances are pretty tight, I wouldnt trust a "turn" method.
