I was recently gifted this motor and plan on tuning it up over the winter. It has the extra long leg and looks to be in very good shape. It has an electric starter and a multi pin trailer type male plug and a set of controls for shifting and throttle. It appears as though it has never had a tiller handle installed on it. Looking under the cowl it is very different to the 15 and 9.9 that I have. More stuff is all I can say until I begin to understand it. Am I right to assume this motor has a charging system due to the fact it has electric start? The model number is CE10SELESC. Thanks for any information you can provide on this motor. Rick.
