I have an 96 88hp Evinrude on a 16ft boat. I ran once last year with no troubles. I filled the tank up today and tried to go out. It idles good but when I applied throtlle it would die at around 1800rpms. I was able to get on plane only by constently bumping the choke. What sounds like my problem? Thanks for the help.
