Has anybody had this problem before? Love Mariners...just got a new old/used 25 HP ...got a problem
Number 1 won't fire at low RPM's. Won't idle. I can take it out & run the heck out of it at 20-30 mph & it runs great. Checked everything. Good spark, new gas, o.k. compression. What am I missing? HELP!
Your data is a little confusing first you said it won't fire at idle then it has good spark if when you say it won't fire is loose of spark then we need to know the switch box number then we can help with specs. if it has spark but won't run at idle it could have a bad reed or seal
