I have a 1993 Force 90 outboard. I was able to tilt the motor up but not down. I would hear a clicking at the motor when I pressed down on the switch. I took the cover off the motor and switched the wiring on the 2 relays for the tilt/trim. Now the motor will go down, but not up. When I swap the plugs on the relays the motor will do the opposite. Is the problem with the 1 relay or something else? Thanks
