1995 Johnson Faststrike Leaking

I have a 1995 Johnson Faststrike. It has started to leak from one of the trim cylinders. How do I go about removing the cylinder and re-sealing it? Is there a seal kit available? Are special tools needed?

Any help would be appreciated
