I'm the new owner of a 16ft Whaler Dauntless with a 2000 Merc 90 2 stroke..the engine has a 8 inch small diameter rubber tube connected to a fitting in the lower portion of the motor..this tube has a plug in it and just flops around in the water...is this normal ..what is it??
Question #2 the boat has a temp guage but it does not seem to be working..is this a wiring isssue
#3 The engine runs ok but the idle seems rough is this standard on these 3 cylinders........Any help would be appreciated...thanks,
