My outboard starts up easily. It runs good at low to med rpm. As soon as I rev up it hits top speed then cuts out. If I choke it it will cut back in but cuts out again. I pump the gas ball but it has no effect and it stays hard.
If I cut back on the throttle the engine will run fine. I assume I have a fuel problem but what do I do next. Thanks , Jeff
