boy was going down to our boat today, its about 45mins away in the delta, you have to cross over two draw bridges to get there, well the bridge operater open the bridge for a boat, then went to close it, and it didnt close all the way so two big rigs got stuck on then bridge, took about 4hrs to open the hwy, so I never made it, at least nobody was hurt

I went to leave Chincoteague Island, Va. a couple of years ago and the bridge was stuck open with an estimated 5 hour repair time.

Fortunately, I had the boat behind me and was able to turn around in the line of cars and had a memorable day fishing for flounder.

Fishing, boating, and a legitimate excuse for being late...it doesn't get any better.
