I have a 3 yr old lightly used Mercury 9.9 2 stroke that won't start. I was starting on the first pull every time for the past month.
I checked the kill switch. There is fuel in the bowl and no evidence of water. The plugs look clean and appear to be getting spark.
I've heard that these are prone to clogging of the jets. Is this true?
It there a resource that will tell/show me how to clean them?
How do you prevent that from reoccurring?
Thanks for your help
