Your speed is good. I have one in a 18 foot dixie fish and ski with a 3.0. 35 is what I get with the family loaded in moderate chop in a relatively warm lake with a 19 pitch. I feel that is pretty good too. I have been able to get to 42 on cold glass with just me and my son but I feel that is really on the upper end.

I have a 04' maxum with a 3.0 and with the factory 21 pitch prop with 2 people on a calm day i could almost get 45. I now have a ss prop with a 19 pitch and top out at 40.
