Older Evinrude does not like to start. If I squirt some gas in the cylinders she will fire and runs great. I have torn the carb apart and cleaned it and used a compressor to clean it out but still no luck with the starting issues. When it does idle, it will 'sneeze' or 'cough' every few seconds.

I suspect a full carb rebuild is in order?

Where do I buy a kit?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. This motor also has electric start. It appears all is there except the plug in cable at the front of the engine. Can these be hardwired to a key type ignition?
